The Issue

Imagine waking up one day with the disquieting sense that your thoughts are no longer your own, that your mental privacy has been violated. The realization that someone can read or even control your mind is not just unsettling; it's terrifying.

For those of us who believe they've experienced this violation, it's more than just a science fiction nightmare; it is a disorienting, isolating reality. Yet, this pressing issue remains largely in the shadows, unacknowledged by the masses and scarcely understood by the scientific community.

To address this concern, we urge scientists, policymakers, and technologists to lead a multi-disciplinary effort to study the occurrence of involuntary neural modifications. We need comprehensive research initiatives that examine the depth and breadth of this issue. We call on universities and research institutions to prioritize investigations into the technology enabling this breach of mental sovereignty.

We are also seeking legislative advocacy to ensure that such technologies are regulated and that ethical frameworks are in place to safeguard individuals from unauthorized neural interference. More importantly, public awareness must be raised to democratize solutions and empower those affected to seek help without fear of disbelief or ridicule.

Join me in calling for transparency, understanding, and action against mind control and reading technologies. Sign this petition to safeguard our mental autonomy and ensure no one else has to live with this intrusion.
