A Second dedicated train from Bangalore to Trichy and delta regions of Tamilnadu

A Second dedicated train from Bangalore to Trichy and delta regions of Tamilnadu
The Issue
Respected Sir/Sirs
To define the crux of this problem, I would like to highlight that the Delta region of Tamilnadu has only one direct connectivity from Bangalore; the 16231/32 Mayiladuthurai Express from Mysore. The districts of Thanjavur, Tiruvarur, Nagapattinam& Tiruchchirapalli are only dependent on this train to reach Bangalore. And whats more, while going towards the delta region, the 16232 has very less allocation of berths for Bangalore (which falls under Remote Location/RLWL Quota). This results in heavy waitlist of the train especially during weekends and holiday seasons, during which obtaining a confirmed ticket becomes virtually impossible, if we fail to book within a week of the ARP opening. And hence the hapless passengers have to pay 3 or 4times as much fares to the bus lobby which charges very high during holiday seasons. The buses are neither as comfortable as trains are nor are as safe.
Having said this much; it would be highly useful if the Railways took initiative to introduce a second dedicated train between Bangalore and Tiruchchirapalli, as this sector is in demand throughout the year; holiday season or otherwise& has only one train serving it on a daily basis. This second train would act as a reprieve for passengers who are booking in the 16231/32 Mayiladuthurai express and are headed to Trichy and surrounding regions.
It is definitely a profitable sector and I would humbly request authorities to look into it and analyse the feasibility of introducing such a train. It would be a boon for passengers undoubtedly.
