This weekend has been a special one for residents in Armidale and Surrounding areas due to the picnic trains made available by Rail Motor Society,Paterson.  On Saturday there was a shuttle train between Armidale and Uralla 3 times.  Today, Sunday is another train from Armidale to Kootingal hotel near Tamworth for lunch and return.

Thumbs Up to those who get on the picnic train from Armidale to Kootingal hotel for lunch and return! Train is leaving Armidale at 9.45am. Out of 98 seats only 8 are still available for purchase. Great result for tourism trains! Well done Armidale.
