One of the strategies we need to adopt is to ring talkback radio and/or your local radio and explain what the problems people face due to the lack of train services between Armidale and Tenterfield-Wallangarra, and try to educate the general public.

For this purpose you can ring 131269 -2Sm radio network.  it is very popular among retirees and tradespeople(the latter listen to it while working).  I have rung this several times during this holiday.  This morning host is Dave Cochran.  After noon Peter comes on board.  The radio program is linked to your local AM radio station e.g. in Armidale 2ARM.

Very friendly hosts who allow people to express their opinions freely.

By the same token you can ring ABC radio as well.  It has a 1300 number.
