I have prepared a document that explains some of the risks and implications for future rail services (freight, passenger, tourist) arising from the  Bill introduced by Minister Farraway to amend rthe Transport Administration Act 1988 to facilitate infrastrucrture associated with rail trails (Cycle tracks) and Roads on non-operational rail lines/corridors in the regions.  It also rasies some Qs to consider.
