Cell tower location records prove that Rahsheen Roberts could not possibly have committed the drive-by shooting for which he was arrested.

As of March 2021, Rahsheen has been wrongfully incarcerated for two years and one month on the basis of a false accusation. The accuser was wounded in an unrelated drug connected drive-by shooting; yet, according to her sensational accusation, Sheen was seeking revenge for spreading a rumor that he contracted an STD.

The accuser is a known drug addict who had been dumped and evicted by Sheen’s father just after the shooting incident. Again, she is claiming this is an STD motivated drive-by shooting. Sign this petition to free Rahsheen.

Call Asst. D.A. Brian Doherty and tell him to drop the charges.

Demand the witness be given immunity so she can tell the truth without fear of conviction. Also, demand the constitutional right of habeas corpus, that protects against unlawful and indefinite imprisonment.
