The decision by Radio One to move the Tom Joyner Morning Show in the Washington, DC area from Majic 102.3 FM to WOL Talk Radio 1450 AM is just as good as taking him off the air. It is impossible to get a signal for that station on any radio.   This is a devastating blow to the Historical Black College Community. 

Tom Joyner has been the only voice for HBCUs.  Through the Tom Joyner Foundation millions of dollars have been raised to support HBCUs.  Without him, many more of our schools would have closed by now. It saddens me to think what will happen to our schools moving forward since the TJMS is slowly being taken off the air all over the country. HBCUs need Tom Joyner.   Unlike any other radio personality, his show has real value and purpose to too many people. 

We need Tom Joyner!   We want Tom Joyner back on FM Radio immediately!
