Radford University has recently come out with a statement that Sophomores and Juniors are unable to receive guaranteed housing for the upcoming semester and future semesters, this leaves students with a little over 4 months to find housing from an outside source. Not only does this mean that people are panic buying apartments, but that some students will be left without places they afford. In response to these outrageous changes, we, the students, have the following demands and questions for Radford University Housing. 

Our Demands: 

• Radford must either provide housing or cover the additional cost of housing if a student refund does not cover it.
• Radford must provide housing for those with CAS accommodations.
• Radford must provide safe and affordable parking for students commuting.
• In the future, Radford must properly plan to accommodate its student size.

Our Questions: 

• Should students walk to class? 
• Will Radford weather policies change to reflect a higher number of students walking?
• Should students take the buses?
• Will Radford make sure the bus schedule is amenable to class schedules?
• Should students drive?
• Will Radford provide reasonably close, safe parking locations?
• How will Radford provide for students without cars?
• What if a student's refund is not enough for rent?
• How will Radford accommodate students who cannot afford off-campus housing?
• How will Radford ensure that students with housing accommodations receive the necessary aid if Radford cannot even ensure they will have a roof over their heads?
