It seems a ridiculous notion that anyone should be able to freely buy these weapons. Often crimes committed with these dangerous weapons never lead anywhere. So I find it bewildering that they are still sold to the public. After my incident with my little kitten coming home with a large pellet in his eyespare and a large vet bill I put an appeal out, I was inundated with messages of many similar incidents. Not just pets but property being damaged, wild life and scarily children.....and not one leading to a single arrest, which is shocking. So again I appeal to you and ask why isn't licensing brought in to regulate and stop these weapons falling into the wrong hands.
