I just received a follow up letter from the Saskatchewan Minister for Advanced Education who may 'consider legislation' to address the current racist admission policy against 'white' applicants who apply to the University of Saskatchewan medical or law school.  This suggests the Minister is now admitting that he does have the authority (just like the Ontario government has already done) to introduce legislation to require the University of Saskatchewan medical and law school to ban race from their admissions process.
