After the recent leak of facts from an insider that Mrs. Kilby was killing innocent animals and pocketing the cash that was supposed to be used to sponsor them so they could be adopted, I fully believe that Boggs Mountain needs to be entirely shut down, AT LEAST until an complete investigation has been performed, and all animals removed and sent to REAL no-kill shelters or safe loving homes.
