1/5/2020 This petition was created to push for justice to be served in the intentional killing of an innocent family dog named Thomas, who was run over by a big white truck driven by Robert Kayat, as he sat on the side of the road by his home. Thomas was 10 yrs old and partially deaf.

This intentional killing cannot go unpunished and he must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law F.S. 828.12 (Ponce's Law).
