am begging for some action be taken in this matter. My daughter is ckinically clarified manic depression our dog tootsie has been her emotional suppport animal for almost a yr has never been aggressive and never tried to bite anyone. She has stopped my daughter from cutting herself numorous times. 3 weeks ago she had 8 puppies and still was not aggressive towards any of our or friends at the time we had a1yr old child livibg here she let her hold puppies. However she did become more protective over us and her puppies. 2 weeks ago i had left to go to store and one of the kids had let her out of my room well she seen my son and his friends wrestling in front yard and thought they were hurting himwhen he went to come in she slipped past him and bit the person. The dog catcher sent her backhome the first time we tried to bring her like he said then next day said mandatory quarantine which we kept puppies with her. The childs mother wants the dog returned home as well and the child wants.

My daughter has went out to see and love on her everyday and she only barks when the man gets too close to my daughter or puppies while in cage. Monday he informedme hes declaring her dangerous and i cant get her after quarantine  unless take her outta town otherwise they will euthanize  her. Then yesterday told my daughter she is taking treats from him now and triedto make artangements for the puppies i already told him i would be taking and have homesfor half of them.  He made his decision before quarantine was over and if she is eating from his hand how is that dangerous. Shes  a first time mommy barely a yr a puppy herself of course shes gonna be skeptical of wveryone she dont know. My daughter has had thoughts of self harming everyday since thankfully i keep her clise to me and we r intensily in therapy and have been but can help me at all in any way? ������� our animals are part of our family please dont let him kill her! 

She has no aggression towards anyone her therapist has said sge is her emotional support dog and is ready to testify to thaf in court. She is not showing any aggression towards penner and shes feels skinny so please i mean no offense  sir but can u also tell me why the decision was made halfway into quarantine  beforehe could make an actual judgement. She got out last year and hot lost for 3 days never harmed a soul a nice lady kept her til i could get her. Plus the parent of the bitten child will testify to feeling its a result  of young new mother 2 week old puppies. She didnt even want oyr dog taken from tge home. The little boy wantd to see tge dog. So kindly can u pls tell me how shes a dangerous  animal bc im quite confused and plan to take this to trial. I have no where to take her outtatkqn nor do i want to bcmy daughter needs her. I am also contacting aspca foundation ceo and animal humane society of Kansas 

hes admitted she shows no signs of aggression  but refuses to let me bring her home unles i take her out of town and give her away the quarantine isnt up til saturday but he's still trying to declare her dangerous so until we have completed a trial she is stuck in the kennel at pound with all 8 puppies �My daughter went to see our dog today at the pound and she said that the cage hasnt been cleaned the dogs have poop on them and when she got there  one of the puppies were out of the cage crying. Hes still not allowing me to bring my dog and her puppies home i feel that he is niw neglecting them the puppiesare barely over 3 weeks and at this point i owe $300 for a dog he calls dangerous  when she allows him to get in the cage with her. I do not feel i should even have a fee esp where he wont care for them my dog is skinny. Whem i get them back ill get them a check up and if any if them are sick im likely to sue the city for neglegience this isnt right my daughter is emotionally broken at this point.
