I'm happy to say that this petition has more than 2,500 subscribers. The fact that so many people feel inclined to speak up about this problem is amazing...but are they listening? I feel so helpless and I'm trying to come up with something to tell you guys, some sort of big news, good news to send your way. The closest thing we've gotten was a small form of contact about them describing issues about a bug. It isn't much but it is something. However, I often go and spam their 'send a message' button in the 'help' section on Q, always with a link to think group and messages basically saying we need communication and our groups page back. They're immature and irresponsible. But now I notice that when you send the message they don't even humour us with a 'message sent' pop up anymore. Before I really didn't think they were reading these messages as no email or any information is provided to justify sending an email, but now I can't even pretend. I don't think it is working at all. In which case, this is all contact lost. I don't know what to do anymore, guys, but I don't want to give up. I need some form of help from someone out there. But I feel like I'm screaming into a black void. I'm looking for any ideas here??
