Queremos que Lorca siga utilizando Anguimar para sacar animales de las calles!
Todas las protectoras de animales que forman parte del Observatorio colaboran con Anguimar. Destacamos la transparencia, el buen hacer, la disponibilidad y cercanía de todas las personas que trabajan y colaboran con esta empresa; la gran profesionalidad de su equipo veterinario; y las excelentes instalaciones de las que disponen, con todo lo necesario para el bienestar animal: zonas de recreo, clínica veterinaria con quirófano, amplios espacios para gatos (no están enjaulados).
No entendemos cómo el Ayuntamiento de Lorca y su departamento de salud no han sabido valorar todo esto, y han adjudicado la recogida de animales de Lorca a otra empresa. Ahora hay nuevas leyes para garantizar que los animales sean bien tratados y no entendemos por qué ahora se adjudica un contrato a otra empresa cuando las cosas van tan bien con Anguimar. Ignorar las voces de todos los implicados en el rescate y bienestar animal en toda la comarca de Lorca es perjudicial para los animales. ¿Es este un caso de lucro económico a costa de unos animales que merecen el mejor cuidado posible? Si está de acuerdo en que los animales abandonados deben seguir siendo tratados por Anguimar y sus numerosos voluntarios bien intencionados y amables que cuidan de los animales y trabajan activamente para realojar a los animales con éxito, firme esta petición.

All the animal shelters that make up the Observatory collaborate with Anguimar. We highlight the transparency, the good work, the availability and closeness of all the people who work and collaborate with this company; the great professionalism of its veterinary team; and the excellent facilities they have, with everything necessary for animal welfare: recreational areas, veterinary clinic with operating room, large spaces for cats (they are not in cages).

We do not understand how the Lorca City Council and its health department have not been able to value all this, and have awarded the collection of animals from Lorca to another company. There are now new laws to ensure that animals are well treated and we do not understand why a contract is now being awarded to another company when things are going so well with Anguimar. To ignore the voices of all those involved in animal rescue and welfare throughout the Lorca region is detrimental to animals. Is this a case of financial profit at the expense of animals deserving the best possible care? If you agree that abandoned animals should still be dealt with by Anguimar and their many well intentioned, kind volunteers caring for the animals and actively working to successfully rehome animals, please sign this petition.
