THIS ARTICLE RELATES TO QPS, NSW COPS AND VICPOL. THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING ISSUE FOR MANY YEARS - YET THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO ACTION ON THIS ISSUE. THE ONLY THING THAT WILL MAKE A POSITIVE CHANGE IS AUTOMATIC COMPENSATION FOR VICTIMS STRAIGHT OUT OF A POLICE OFFICER'S POCKET - AUTOMATIC DISMISSAL - AND CIVILIAN OVERSIGHT!

This week, Neil Punchard - the Queensland Cop who leaked details of a domestic violence victim to his mate perpetrator lost an appeal to have his conviction recorded.
IT HAS TAKEN AN ASTOUNDING 8 YEARS - THAT'S RIGHT 8 YEARS FOR THIS VICTIM TO GET JUSTICE. In the intervening years, the Queensland Police 'Service' paid for top lawyers to try and shut down her complaint in QCAT to try and get justice over this matter!
SOMETHING STINKS IN QUEENSLAND AND IT HAS BLUE ALL OVER IT FOLKS.
THE ONLY THING THAT WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE IS CIVILIAN OVERSIGHT FOR POLICE COMPLAINTS!
