"THE BROTHERHOOD" is a dirty little secret that QPS does not talk about!

The Brotherhood within QPS is alive and well, make NO mistake about it.

And WHAT IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT? Absolutely NOTHING.

Corruption exists in many forms - covering up for your mates happens to be one of them that is well known about, but absolutely NOTHING gets done about it. 

Look at it this way. You can have one really bad apple in the barrel, and 10 good ones. If the 10 good ones turn a blind eye to the one bad apple - YOU ACTUALLY HAVE 11 BAD APPLES.... yet the practice of backing up your mates regardless of what they have done has been a very long standing issue with in all police services in Australia and QPS has a strong culture of cover ups. Yet they get away with it day in, day out. It can be as simple as a group of police colluding to get their stories 'consistent' in their statement of facts! Yet, if a group of civilians did this, it would be considered as an attempt to pervert the course of justice - a very serious criminal offence indeed.
