Think your Human Rights are protected? Think again!

In Queensland we have a fairly new piece of legislation - the Human Rights Act. One is able to make a complaint about a number of things, and in a very limited number of cases you can take the matter to QCAT to have your matter determined publicly!

The thing is, while the Qld Human Rights Act looks good on the surface - there is absolutely no provision for compensation. They deliberately left that part of the Universal Declaration for Human Rights out of this legislation... it follows my last update describing where if you are locked up for a crime you didn't commit, you are not automatically compensated for having your life thrown on the garbage heap of society!

Who else thinks this is wrong? This petition at least calls on this Government to change that aspect of Police misconduct.

HAVE YOUR SAY - encourage others to sign and send a very clear message to this Government that this is NOT OK! Please share it among your friends and family, post it in groups where it will get attention and make this petition go absolutely viral. Speak up for your freedom.
