QCA’s principal expelled me so no one can find out about the bullying. Please help us.

The Issue

I am Aiden Wu and I go to Quincy Catholic Academy. There’s a bully who has been constantly bullying me. Since third grade, he has used his lunchbox to hit me in the head and both of my private zones. In fifth grade, he called my friend and I “black monkeys”, which was extremely racist. One day towards the end of fifth grade, he said I was gay right in front of my friend. I decided to drink water to calm myself down. Instead, he said, “When you drink your water, you look like you’re sucking my nuts.” Both of our parents went to talk to the principal, Mr Kelly, about this situation. My mom requested to the principal that we should stay separated, but on the same day, the bully threatened me at the library. He said, “Why did you have to get me in trouble? You said that on purpose! You’re the biggest jerk in the world! If you snitch on me again, I’ll punch you.” Another day on a Thursday, the bully pushed me into a girl. She scraped her knee while I sprained my ankle. Our fifth grade teacher, Mrs Politano, helped her up. My friend helped me up. Finally fifth grade is over. During the summer at DARE Camp, I told the police officer, Officer Don, that we should stay separate. He said that he was already informed by Mr Kelly. On the first day, 7/8/24, I was playing soccer with someone else. He joined because I was playing. He then kicked the ball at my cheek on purpose and it scraped my left cheek. I left to avoid him. I was then playing with a guy with a frisbee. The bully came over and threw the frisbee on my left eyelid and the edge scraped my eyelid. At dismissal, my parents and I told Officer Don what happened. He said that he’ll call the bully’s parents and tell them that this behavior is unacceptable and that if it continues, he’ll be banned from DARE Camp. I went to the Quincy Police Department with my parents. On day two, 7/9/24, we went to Spectacle Island. There, while I was playing with [REDACTED] another student from my school, the bully came and gave me sort of a death glare. That night I got paranoid. I saw many creepy faces and jump getting extra protective over myself when I hear anyone call his name, no matter if it was a different person. I didn’t like going to the bathroom or shower alone. I saw creepy faces on lit-up streetlights and on car headlights. The next Wednesday, he pushed me in front of my group leader. The leader said, “How can he have the nerve to push Aiden in front of me?”After, my mom, dad and I had a meeting at the Archdiocese of Boston with Mr Kelly. He kept saying that it was probably an accident, that I was thinking too much, or that it never happened. He used to say that it was bullying, but that day he changed his mind and said that it didn’t count because it was only “bullying behavior”. At middle school , sixth grade, we were about to hire a lawyer when the priest/translator at the last meeting told us that Mr Kelly had called the bully’s parents and that it won’t happen again. On the third day, Friday 9/6/24, at Spanish class, when Ms Malatzky, the Spanish teacher turned around to write on the chalkboard, the bully quickly crawled over behind her her back and was about a foot away from me. My friend was right next to me. When Ms Malatzky was about to turn around, the bully quickly crawled back. The next Thursday, 9/12/24, at gym class we were in the playground and there were no cameras there. The same bully came up from behind and pushed me into the fence. I fell down. After I got up, I instantly told Mrs Dunn, the gym teacher. The next day, Friday 9/13/24, Mr Kelly came up to the third floor to talk to me about what happened the day before. He said, “Because we’re talking about this, I figured it would be a great time to introduce you to the new school counselor, Mrs M.” We waved at each other. Mr Kelly asked if I could explain to Mrs M. what happened at gym. I instead started talking about what happened at Spanish class instead. Then, I got to what happened at gym. I said that the bully pushed me from behind into the fence. I said that I was sure it was Ian. Mr Kelly then asked me if I was completely sure it was him. I said that I was 100 percent certain. I explained how he has always done this from third grade. Then Mr Kelly said that that this was only my theory and that sent the blood inside me boiling. Well in that logic, this was his theory! He then asked me again if I was sure it was the bully. I said, “It was definitely him from what I always knew. He has always done this from third grade and up.” Mrs M. then asked me if there was a time of the day where I felt completely safe. I said, “I only feel safe which my home room teacher, Mrs Cobb. I also felt safe during the separate classes. When we’re in the hallway with our lockers, snack and lunch are the most stressful parts of the day for me.”  I then said, “ He has never stopped. He has always been staring at me or physically hurting me.”He has always been seeking opportunities to harm me or to scare me. I just want to continue on with my studies. I just want him to stop so I could focus on my studies.” Mr Kelly told Mrs M. that that’s why he likes me. I asked, “If you do, why aren’t you helping me?” There was a long pause. Then Mr Kelly asked again if I was sure it was the bully. I said that I was completely sure with 100 percent certainty. I said, “ We all know him way too well. He has always been doing this to me. My parents and I know him way too well. He has always been doing this from behind. He is also doing really mean things to me. He’s always been doing this when no one is watching or when I am alone or when there’s no cameras.” I acted like it was really happening showing them how it happened. I got pushed from behind and I slammed into the fence. I then fell down. There was another awkward silence. Then Mr Kelly asked again if I was sure. I said, “Yes, completely sure.” Mr Kelly then said that this was only in the past so we can’t change it. I said, “It’s still bullying. What happened at DARE Camp was in the past, but what happened yesterday was super recent. I have then been enraged. Mr Kelly is also finding excuses to not get him or Ian into trouble. I asked, “ If this is ‘bullying behavior’ where it doesn’t count, do I have to face these three years dealing with this treatment? If this is bullying, he should get punished but we only gave him a warning but that’s not a punishment.” There was yet another pause. Mrs M. asked, “What if when he was staring at you he just wants to be your friend again because it might’ve been a great loss for him.” I said, “No. whenever he stares at me, he doesn’t show any signs of remorse. It looks more like he wants to hurt me, yell at me, or even kill me. He looks like he wants revenge on me.” Yet another pause. I said, “Mr Kelly, we all know what you are extremely smart and smart and that’s why you are our principal. I know that you already know who is at fault. It’s the bully. But right now you’re actually helping the bully. You are helping the bully pick on a victim. I am that victim. You’re trying to squeeze a large situation into a tiny box. “ I said that we all know the bullí and his parents way too well. I had to deal with his bullying for years, doesn’t matter if you agree or not.” Mr Kelly said, “ I’ll talk to him and we can discuss this another time, but might change.” I said, “ No, he won’t change. We have given him way too many chances. They all came out unsuccessful. Also, you said ‘he might change’. Well in that logic, he also might not change.” There was another pause. Mr Kelly said, “ I will talk to him and maybe we could talk about this another time. In the meantime, do you have any solutions to solve this? Because we’re not seeking trouble for another student. We’re working to solve this.” I said, “ No we are not looking for solutions anymore. We were looking for solutions but that ended after yesterday. Also, this happened way too many times.” No one could talk for a while. I said, “ Mr Kelly, if this doesn’t count as bullying, what does? Do I have to be seriously hurt, bleeding or dead for it to count? You always say there’s no evidence or no witnesses. Do I have to be bleeding or dead for it to count as evidence? Also, I could label exactly who was with me. How aren’t any of them witnesses? I also have photos of scars. At QCA, many others know about what happened.” Then Mr Kelly said again, “I’ll talk to him and we can discuss this again.” I was furious. I was enraged. Then I left and went to my next class. He went on his own way. I went on my own way. I was still mad. We trusted Mr Kelly this much, yet he isn’t helping us. The fact that he didn’t help us was devastating for me. One day, we went on a field trip to this place where they climb poles and tightrope. I asked Mrs Cobb if I could hang out near her so I don’t bump into the bully during the day. During this game people were supposed to touch each other’s shoulders but the bully knew that we should stay separate but he would not listen. He was about to touch me when I firmly said, “Stop!” My friend said, “Aiden does not want you to touch him so don’t touch him!”Later, at lunch, my friend asked why we have such tense rivalry out of curiosity. The bully lied, “ Aiden has always been false reporting me. He’s lying. I never did anything to him!” I said to my friend, “ Why would I ever lie about this? I wouldn’t create a problem this huge because I wanted to. I wouldn’t do that!” I told Mrs Cobb what the bully said about me as soon as possible. She thanked me for letting her know. One Monday, when we were getting ready to pack up our things, people with jobs (sweepers, desk wipers, chalk board eraser, etc) had to do their jobs. A girl and I were the sweepers. While I was on the ground, the bully gruffly said, “Excuse me!” in a not-so-nice tone. My partner heard him as well. I just answered, “What?”
On 10/28/24, during a soccer game at recess, the bully came behind me and kicked me in my right calf. I fell on both of my knees. I struggled to walk for 2 days. I know it was him because he also fell. No apology whatsoever. He also did it on purpose because we’re supposed to stay separate, he came from behind, and everybody else was on the other side of the game. I was just taking a break. I told Mrs Cobb and Ms Malatzky. I asked if I could call my mom but they refused. They sent me to the office where the school nurse, Mrs Sterling, came to get me. During that time in the nurse’s office, Mr Kelly saw me in there and came in to ask about what happened. I was sitting on the little bed with an ice pack. I said, “ Mr Kelly, if this were not about the bully you wanted to talk about, I would be happy to talk to you,but unfortunately it is so I don’t want to talk about it.” Mr Kelly needed to know so I told him. He said the same thing he usually says. He said “how do know it was him?”, “ how do you know it was on purpose?”, and “there no evidence or any witnesses.” I said, “ I got kicked in my right calf. I had trouble walking over to the teachers. How is that not evidence?” He said, “Sorry, but I am also in quite a hurry. Should we talk about this next time?” After that I left. At after school, my mom Mrs Cobb, Mrs Li, Mr Kelly and I had a meeting on what is happening with Ian. The first thing Mr Kelly says is, “You weren’t limping like that earlier!” First of all, I had an ice pack. Secondly, I was sitting. How on earth could I have been limping? My mom first said that we know that Mr Kelly couldn’t help us. We just wanted to let him know in case one day we go to court he’ll use “ oh, you never told me, I don’t know” as an excuse. We were in a hurry. We needed to get my leg checked at the hospital and we were going to the Quincy Police Department to tell one of the officers about this bullying situation. But Mr Kelly refused to let us go. My mom asked if this was bullying. Mr Kelly said it didn’t count. My mom then asked if he was sure the Mr Kelly believed that the bully did nothing wrong. He said yes. Mr Kelly said that he spent 40 minutes watching the cameras and found nothing. I was talking about anything he had done to me physically. I said about the time he tried to put his hands on my shoulders. Mrs Cobb interrupted saying that she watched the whole scene but he never touched me. The thing is, I never said he touched me. My mom requested to leave multiple times because we were in a hurry, but Mr Kelly denied all of them. Mr Kelly asked if I wanted to get the bully expelled. I said, “I don’t care what path we must take for him to stop, but as long as he stops, that’s fine.” My mom requested one final time to leave and we were finally allowed to leave. We went to the Quincy Police Department. We told the officer there about how the bully was bullying me. He wrote them down in his notebook. He gave us his number to call him when in need. There is another officer who is extremely unfair. One time my parents, Mr Kelly and the officer had a meeting. Mr Kelly lied that the camera was broken. My mom wanted me to come down and tell them the truth but he denied. Then my mom wanted for me, her and the officer to have a meeting at the Quincy Police Department and that Mr Kelly could not come. On Halloween, we went to the police department. Officer Don was with the unfair officer. Because they haven’t paid some sort of bill, we couldn’t use the online translation. My mom wanted to use google translate or have a friend translate but the officer refused. Then my mom wanted me to tell the officer the truth myself. When I was about to talk he immediately interrupted me saying that he had already talked to Mr Kelly and that he said nothing happened. What was the point of me going? My mom already had a feeling that this officer was helping the principal. He is helping Mr Kelly who is helping the bully. That why she had me come. But the unfair officer didn’t let me talk. He and the principal purposely had us find evidence knowing that we couldn’t bring a camera and that my mom couldn’t randomly come into the school. We called the Governor’s office. They informed us to contact the State Police. They probably didn’t want to get in trouble so they told us to contact the Quincy police. We did but no one responded. Thank you so much. Sincerely, Aiden Wu

son has been bullied by the same kid since third grade at Quincy School, and we met with each other's parents as well as the principal and teacher in fifth grade. Separate the two students. My son was threatened the same day. Once said my son was gay and drank water like he was sucking his genitals. Suddenly pushed my son from the side, causing another girl to fall and hit my son with a lunch box on his head and genitals. This year, the sixth grade opponent repeatedly pushed my son, kicked my son and so on while the teacher did not pay attention. We called the police twice. The principal of the school keeps changing the subject, he knows we can't illegally wear cameras to record. The headmaster keeps asking us for proof. Even though my son can explain exactly what happened every time. The principal used the excuse that there was no evidence. Today we interviewed the police, the principal. We obviously feel like the police are defending the school. The principal has always said that he investigated every time that nothing happened and what my son said happened. We asked to see the 10/28 video. He told us it was broken. The principal always said many times that my son thought too much and that the bullying did not happen. The principal once twisted my son's ankle when they pushed him. We asked to write a warning letter to the parents. We collected my son's injury report, a psychologist's evaluation report (my son has post-traumatic stress disorder), photos of the injury, emails from the principal, and so on. They're all excuses for lack of evidence. The school did nothing for their reputation, allowing them to hurt my son over and over again. The principal admitted bullying earlier. Later, he said that the behavior of bullying, to the back of nothing happened is my son think too much. He said we don't have to go to school if we don't feel safe. We once asked the headmaster to give us a report, but he said he couldn't because it would affect the reputation of the school. This is a private school. This is a Catholic school. We need your help. We just need the school to take this bullying issue seriously. Ask the other person to stop this behavior. Please help us. thank you.

Please help us. thank you.
