Pétition pour la création des 28e et 29e Etats de l’UE

 

1ère résolution pour la création du 28e Etat de l'UE

Le dérèglement climatique a particulièrement touché la ville de Los Angeles, rendue à néant et calcinée par les flammes. Certains y voient une vengeance divine suite aux abus de jet privés, SUV et surconsommation perpétrés par ses orgueilleux habitants. Nous y voyons une opportunité : alors que cette terre désolée n’est plus que ruines, dans laquelle plus aucun Californien ne voudrait vivre, profitons-en pour reconstruire la Californie et en faire une nouvelle Riviera pour les Gazaouis. Les anciens habitants de LA, qui sont bien entendu responsables de cette situation, pourraient être relogés dans des états voisins, en Utah ou en Arizona, où des mormons pourraient ainsi se charger de les rééduquer.

Nous appelons donc les Gazaouis et les Palestiniens à venir en masse sur cette nouvelle terre promise, qui deviendra l’Etat indépendant “Free Palestine Republic”, 28e membre de l’Union Européenne. 

 

2ème résolution pour la création du 29e Etat de l'UE

Les Etats Unis ayant négocié avec la Russie la reddition de l'Ukraine, et organisé le partage des ressources rares entre les deux Etats, en contrepartie de l'occupation durable du Sud-Est de l'Ukraine par les Russes, nous Européens venons de décider l'annexion du Sud-Est des Etats Unis, en l'occurence la Floride, pour permettre aux Ukrainiens de se reloger au titre des dommages de guerre. Le nouvel Etat ainsi créé “ Free Republic of West Ukraine ” sera le 29e membre de droit de l'Union Européenne, avec pour capitale Mar-a-Lago. Là aussi, l’ensemble des habitants actuels de Floride devront quitter immédiatement les lieux, être transférés et accueillis dans l’Etat voisin de l’Alabama. 

 

Toute puissance qui tenterait d’attenter à l’intégrité du 28e ou 29e Etat de l’UE sera immédiatement soumis à une riposte nucléaire. 

 

3ème résolution pour la taxation des USA pour les 75 prochaines années

Aux Etats-Unis qui sont responsables de la plupart des surcoûts induits par le changement climatique, nous réclamons qu'ils rétrocèdent au reste du monde 75% de leur PIB pour les 75 prochaines années, leur fortune ayant été construite sur les efforts du reste du monde. À titre conservatoire, l’UE réclame l’application de droits de douane de 75% pour tous les produits provenant de nos amis et partenaires américains. Cette taxe permettra de soutenir l'effort de guerre Européen.

 

Cette pétition étant signée par les Citoyens du monde, elle est irrévocable et a une valeur universelle

Petition for the creation of the 28th and 29th EU states

 

1st resolution for the creation of the 28th EU state

Climate change has particularly affected the city of Los Angeles, which has been reduced to rubble and burned to the ground. Some see it as divine vengeance for the abuse of private jets, SUVs and over-consumption perpetrated by its proud inhabitants. We see it as an opportunity: now that this wasteland is nothing but ruins, in which no Californian would want to live, let's take the opportunity to rebuild California and make it a new Riviera for Gazans. The former inhabitants of LA, who are of course responsible for this situation, could be relocated to neighboring states such as Utah or Arizona, where Mormons could reeducate them.

We therefore call on Gazans and Palestinians to come en masse to this new promised land, which will become the independent state of the Free Palestine Republic, the 28th member of the European Union. 

 

2nd resolution for the creation of the 29th EU state

The United States having negotiated with Russia for the re-division of the Ukraine, and organized the sharing of scarce resources between the two states, in return for the sustained Russian occupation of the south-east of the Ukraine, we Europeans have just decided to annex the south-east of the United States, in this case Florida, to allow Ukrainians to relocate as war reparations. 

The newly-created Free Republic of West Ukraine will be the 29th full member of the European Union, with Mar-A-Lago as its capital. Here, too, all current inhabitants of Florida will have to leave immediately, and be transferred to the neighboring state of Alabama. 

 

Any power attempting to undermine the integrity of the 28th or 29th state of the EU will immediately be subject to nuclear retaliation. 

 

3rd resolution to tax the USA for the next 75 years

The USA being responsible for most of the extra costs incurred by climate change, we demand that they give back to the rest of the world 75% of their GDP for the next 75 years, their fortune having been built on the efforts of the rest of the world. As a precautionary measure, the EU is calling for a 75% tariff on all products from our American friends and partners. This tax will help Europe to sustain the war efforts.

As this petition has been signed by the citizens of the world, it is irrevocable and has universal value.
