Stop Animal Murderer Robert Farmer of San Jose

Sep 7, 2017
Dear Friends,
Robert Farmer has been given the maximum sentence of 16 years. However, we’re not quite done. We need to go even further to protect innocent animals from people like Robert Farmer. After he serves his time in jail he will be released. Without an animal abuse registry people in his neighborhood or working in the animal shelter will not know about his horrible past.
At his sentencing hearing the judge explained that she felt Farmer couldn’t be on the sex offender list but deserved to be on a similar registry for animal abusers. Sadly such a Registry doesn’t currently exist in the state of CA. Because there are unfortunately many others animal abusers like Farmer on our streets and in our neighborhoods, we feel that an animal abuse registry is long past due.
We are hoping to introduce an animal abuser registry to the CA legislature and need your help once again to make that happen. We valued your help throughout the Robert Farmer case but we feel that without the registry all our hard work might be for naught once Farmer gets out of jail. That’s why we started a new petition -
Implement an animal abuser registry in California.https://www.change.org/p/california-state-house-california-state-senate-california-governor-jerry-brown-senator-jim-beall-implement-an-animal-abuser-registry-in-california
Please help us propose a CA Animal Abuser Registry to the CA government so we can keep track of those who have abused animals. Please sign the petition and give abused Animals a Voice.
With much Gratitude and Respect!
