Hi Everyone,

There's a couple of things I wanted to let you know about.

The first thing is that December 5th was Walt Disney's birthday. He would have been 124 years old. What Disney+ should have done to celebrate is adding So Dear to My Heart, which was Walt's personal favorite film because it reminded him of his childhood.

The second thing is that the Walt Disney Company proudly announces an extensive celebration of America’s 250th anniversary (which is July 4th of 2026). A lot of special moments will happen like Disney continuing its legacy of honoring U.S. military service members, veterans, and their families. Another thing that should be done is Disney+ adding more nostalgic Disney content that relates to American folklore like Paul Bunyan, John Henry and The Brave Engineer (as well as Make Mine Music, where some of its segments take place in America).

The third thing is that Netflix won the bidding war to acquire Warner Bros. and now owns a bunch of franchises like HBO/HBO Max and Cartoon Network. Because of this acquisition, Disney+ (and Hulu) should relinquish those properties it has on its streaming platform and bundle deal. To be honest, Disney+ and Hulu need to rely on more of its original content instead of content created by rival companies. Seeing the content of rival companies on Disney+ does not feel like Disney.

Other news is that this petition now has 3,854 signatures. Thank you, everyone.
