My 9 month old son was attacked by a dog while he was asleep in his carseat. The dog chased us out of the house and grabbed ahold of my son’s legs. My son got 5 stitches in his forehead and 2 on his inner upper lip. I have been told this dog is not being put down. It is not the first time he has bitten someone and as I was informed recently it’s not the first time he has gone after a child. The owner is being charged with a violation and has to pay a small fine. After the emotional and physical trauma this has put onto not only my son but my 22 month old daughter who witnessed the whole thing, and the rest of our family, we want justice.
