Put an End to Outdated NBCE Part IV Examinations in Missouri
The Issue
Missouri still administers the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE) Part IV Examinations. However, these exams are outdated and do not reflect the current standards and practices in the field of chiropractic. An important part of ensuring effective health care services is ensuring the relevance and accuracy of entry-to-practice exams. The use of an obsolete exam is not acceptable in Missouri, given that this state boasts more than 2,000 licensed chiropractors (Source: Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards). We need our state to represent the forward-thinking, quality-driven health care environment that it truly is. We, therefore, call on the Missouri Board of Chiropractic Examiners to replace the outdated NBCE Part IV Examinations with more current and technologically advanced testing methods. It's time for Missouri to not only keep pace with advancements in health care but be a leading participant in supporting its growth. Please sign the petition and let's bring change to our chiropractic professional standard assessments.
