Dear Supporters,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to provide you with a brief update on our ongoing efforts to secure a safer pedestrian crosswalk in our community.

Thanks to your overwhelming support, our petition has gained significant traction. We have collected over 100 signatures in just a couple of days, demonstrating the strong demand for this much needed change. This morning, I submitted our petition to the local council, and I am pleased to report that they have acknowledged our concerns.

The council will have it's routine meeting on Tuesday 6/18/24. Beginning at 7PM, I encourage everyone who is able to attend and voice their support come out and do so as I will be there to address the council during the public input section of the meeting.  Your presence will be valuable in showing the council the importance of this issue to our community.
