Superintendent of Prescott Unified School District, Joe Howard, has been bullied, attacked, and threatened by parents in Prescott simply for attempting to keep kids safe during a pandemic. Most recently, after the school board voted to reinstate the school mask mandate, he received death threats. We support Joe Howard and all of the hard work he’s done and hard decisions he’s had to make to keep our kids safe. There’s a movement among some parents to have him removed from his position.
