As a resident of Falcon Landing, Texas, I have experienced firsthand the frustration and disappointment caused by the ongoing issues with our community's primary amenity—the swimming pool. Since at least 2019, residents like myself have been diligently paying our HOA dues, expecting to enjoy the promised benefits of our neighborhood, only to find that our pool is frequently inaccessible.

The continuous closures of the pool have not only deprived us of recreational opportunities but have also led to instances of physical injury among community members. Despite numerous complaints and calls for action, the Falcon Landing HOA has failed to provide a viable remedy. We feel ignored and let down, and it's time for this to change.

The lack of access to our pool, the delays and failures in grounds work, and the consistent charge of HOA dues without delivering the promised amenities constitute a breach of contract. It's unjust for us, the residents, to continue bearing the financial burden for services that are not rendered.

We are calling upon legal authorities to help us hold the Falcon Landing HOA accountable for their actions. We demand that our HOA dues be returned for the periods when the pool was inaccessible and when grounds maintenance was not completed as promised.
