I am having to get rid of my dog tomorrow due to this ban, when however , a member on the City Council has a shit-tzu , that was not on a leash outside of his yard, and yes a leash law is in affect in Manson, and attacked a child, however, this person still has his dog. Their are five other pit bulls living in Manson, Iowa , and yet they are allowed if muzzled, harnessed and either inside a home or in a kennel outside , but yet I wasn't given the right to apply those, I have just been told to rid my dog.
