People are treating animals as creatures without any feelings or emotions. 

Whether it's cutting off the limbs of a small puppy, bursting crackers inside the dog's mouth, burning puppies alive, running cars over stray dogs or any other incident, the suffering for these animals is increasing by degrees.

These wrongdoers are totally unaffected by the pain these innocent animals go through.Moreover, these offenders make videos to unabashedly brag about their acts. 

The laws in India are just not strict enough to protect these animals from such tortures. These so called human beings are involved in animal abuse and nobody is there to punish them.

Even if caught, the fine imposed (just 100 Rs) is of no value compared to the life of the animal abused.

As quoted by Mahatma Gandhi "The more helpless a creature, the more entitled it is to protection by man from the cruelty of man." .It's the need of the hour to act for the protection of these helpless pals.

The government need to make stringent laws to protect animals. These cruel offenders need to be punished severely and without any delay.
