The issue
Case Study: How the CCP’s Courts Pervert Justice
Preface
From my personal experiences, I would like to showcase to the world how the CCP has been lying in their propaganda about “rule of law” in the communist China, as well as their tricks to pervert justice and their own constitution and laws. The purpose of these serial publications is to disclose the truth of the CCP’s so-called “judiciary”, and let the world think twice before investing, travelling or even engaging with the communist China ruled by the CCP. Meanwhile, I hereby urge government of all nations to impose personal sanctions on the CCP's "judges".
Scenario 1 – CCP Perversion “Judge” – Luo Min
Luo Min, a CCP member, is also holding a Grade 3 so-called “senior judge” position of the Nansha District Court in Guangzhou. When processing the case (ref.: 2022Y0191MC11914), he played with the following perversion tricks: 1. Directly Ignoring law provisions in black-and-white; 2. Inverting onus of proof against provision; 3. Deliberately legitimizing violence towards children; 4. Concealing criminal offence for a party concerned, i.e. perjury; 5. Contravening its own constitution.
Luo Min, as representation of the communist China’s so-called "judiciary", perverts justice arbitrarily, and is being sheltered by the Nansha District Court through rejecting investigation on the abovementioned criminal offences.
Scenario 2 – CCP Perversion “Judge” – Peng Guoqiang
Peng Guoqiang, a CCP member, is also a Grade 4 so-called “senior judge” position of the Guangzhou Intermediate Court. When processing the case (ref.: 2023Y01MZ8288), he perverted justice by suppressing the key evidence in order to shelter the criminal offence of assaulting child.
Scenario 3 – CCP Perversion “Judge” – YE Jianwei
YE Jianwei, a CCP member, is also a Grade 4 so-called “senior judge” position of the Guangzhou Intermediate Court. When processing the case (ref.: 2023Y01MS485), he perverted justice by stealthily switching the mandatory prerequisite into an ordinary condition, in order to legitimize the criminal offence of child-assaulting, as well as shelter his subordinate PENG Guoqiang from his misconduct of suppressing key evidences.
Scenario 4 – CCP Perversion “Judge” – SUN Yuanfeng
SUN Yuanfeng, a CCP member, is also a Grade 4 so-called “senior judge” position of the Guangzhou Intermediate Court. When processing the case (ref.: 2023Y01MZ22425), he perverted justice by obstructing the collection of key evidences in this criminal offence, and meanwhile sheltering the perpetrator from compensating the victim's injuries by conjecturing the perpetrator's intention instead of factual consequences.

YE Jianwei, a CCP member, is also a Grade 4 so-called “senior judge” position of the Guangzhou Intermediate Court.
