Animal Abuse hurts many, not just the animals. The animals feel pain, fear, and sadness when they are hurt or not taken care of. People who love animals, like pet owners and kids, also feel sad ang angry community feel unsafe or unhappy. Animal shelters get to full and it’s hard for them to help every animal. In the end, hurting animals also hurts people’s heart.

If this problem is still unresolved, this can lead to more animals will continue to suffer and die. People might start thinking it’s okay to hurt animals, which can lead to more cruelty in the world. Children who see this may grow up without knowledge of kindness and respect for life. The number of stray animals will grow and shelters won’t be able to help them all. Some abused animals can also become afraid or aggressive, which may be dangerous for people. Physical Abuse refers to intentional acts that cause the animal pain, suffering or death. Abusive behaviors includes beating,burning, choking,dragging,drowning,hanging,kicking,poisoning,shooting,stabbing and other hurtful things people can do to animals. Over 110 Million animals are killed in U.S labolatories each year. Roughly 85% of people arrested for animal abuse or cruelty have had multiple past arrest, with 70% having prior felonies.

Now is the time to act since animals cannot speakfor themselves, animals need our help. Everyday that passes means more animals are being abused, left alone, or treated badly. If we act now, we can stop the cycle of abuse and teach other to be kind and responsible. The sooner we act, the more lives we can save and protect. It’s never too early to stand up for what’s right, and waiting longer will only make the problem worse. Donate foods for the animals and the things they need. We have to raise our voice and stop being so cruel to animals.
