It’s come to light the HOA management company AAM has been lying to the Festival Foothills residents. They’ve claimed in several public ways our park has been being inspected quarterly. The latest correspondence I received from Liz our community manager is that this actually only happens annually. 
There is very damning evidence to AAM’s negligence. Replacement of almost all the park is needed. The separated slide was cited and it wasn’t boarded off for FIVE months! They’ve had this report since November 2020.
