you can see that officer Spencer needlessly shot a man in a wheel chair, Bobby G. Bennett, who that very officer received a 911 call to help by the disabled man's mother, Joyce Jackson. The officer got out of his vehicle and told the man to stay still. The man complied and the officer (Not knowing he was being filmed) shot the man four times without cause. Later the officer said that he chose to fire on the Bennett because he lunged at the officer with a knife, which you on the video you can clearly see is not true.
   Officer Cardan Spencer is currently on PAID LEAVE and HAN NOT BEEN ARRESTED FOR HIS CRIME. We must stand together and let it be known officers will be held to The Law the same as all other people do.
