On July 15 2018, after being tyrannized for weeks while undergoing constant harassment, Eddie Reese (Juicy) in fear of his life, unfortunately took the life of his oppressor, Willie Miller. Mr. Reese came home that evening to find Mr. Miller, who was recently released from prison for armed robbery, sitting on his porch. After being assaulted by Mr. Miller earlier that day and receiving endless phone calls threatening his life, I think it’s safe to say that Mr. Reese reacted from fear.  According to “Georgia’s Stand Your Ground” law established in 2006, if you think someone is about to kill you, you can use deadly force to defend yourself.  The whole community is enraged behind the incarceration of Mr. Reese. This petition is on behalf of everyone who supports Mr. Reese and stands behind him and his decision to save his own life.
