Puerto Rico has the potential to be a key conservative force within the United States, but that potential has been ignored for far too long. As American citizens who believe in the values of faith, hard work, strong families, and the rule of law, we deserve a clear, coherent political structure aligned with Republican principles.
Today, the growth of the Republican movement on the island is limited by two main factors:
First, the lack of strategic commitment from national leadership, which has treated Puerto Rico as a secondary issue, partly due to electoral concerns involving states like Florida and Texas. This has held back the development of millions of voters with conservative leanings.
Second, a local structural problem: the New Progressive Party (PNP), which groups opposing ideologies under a single flag based solely on the status issue. This mixture prevents the development of a solid and coherent Republican party.
Additionally, the current leadership of the Republican Party of Puerto Rico needs a real transformation. There can be no credibility if there are ties or ideological inconsistencies that confuse the electorate. It is time to demand clarity, integrity, and genuine commitment to Republican values.
We demand the following concrete actions:
•  A strategic initiative from the RNC with real investment and permanent organization in Puerto Rico.
•  Full integration of the Republican Party of Puerto Rico into national politics.
•  The creation of national parties on the island (Republican and Democratic) with ideological coherence.
•  A complete change in the leadership of the PRGOP through transparent processes aligned with national regulations.
•  Republican education based on principles, not on political status.
•  Promotion of conservative economic policies that deliver real results on the island.
Puerto Rico is not a political problem — it is a strategic opportunity. But that opportunity requires action now.
