Puerto Rico is the only country in the world in which, inspite of the fact that its constitution specifically prohibits the imposition of the death penalty, said is force upon it by another country, the United States of America, through the Federal law and proceedings are conducted in English, a completely diferent language than the one spoken in the island -- Spanish.
