Due to recent news of COVID-19 people have been told to isolate to prevent spread of this virus. The workers at Publix put their health on the line every day due to an increase in customers prepping. I believe Publix should give employees hazard pay to compensate for the risks they take daily. Whole Foods has also started compensating employees for they’re efforts and willingness to work under today’s conditions.
