As loyal Publix customers we would like to see initiative taken to help eliminate waste and pollution by reducing the amount of plastic bags being used. We believe a win win solution would be achieved by offering a 5¢ rebate per bag incentive to your customers who choose to bring their own reusable bags. Plastic bags create unnecessary waste and often end up as litter creating a deadly hazard for animals and marine life. Publix, please show you care about the environment and your customers by offering incentives for shoppers who bring reusable bags. Thank you.
