The Pet Girl of Sakurasou is a wonderful slice of life anime with great romance, comedy and drama. It is based on a light novel series with the same name, which was popular in Japan.

The anime only covered up to Volume 6 and parts of Volume 7 of the light novels. There are a total of 13 Volumes, none of which received an official English translation. Fans of the series want to find out what happens next and also read the full story in English, but we are unable to do so because there are no official English translations available. This pains us non-Japanese fans because we love the story so much but we are unable to read the light novels. We would like to read the story in full and enjoy it in English. 

A great many Sakurasou fans are not Japanese, so we would love to get English translations of the light novels so that we can read them and show our love and support to the series and its creators.

There are large communities that like Sakurasou, and most of them are English speaking. We would love to see the light novels receive English translations.

Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo was life changing and inspiring for me and many other people and I want more people to have access to and know about the amazing story it presents. An English translation of the light novels would help a lot. It can also bring new fans to the community by introducing new readers to the story.

Sakurasou fans have been waiting for years for the light novel series to be translated and published in English, but nothing has happened for over a decade. I am starting this petition in hopes of our community getting noticed by some major publishers of Japanese light novels in English, and I hope that one of them will listen to our request and publish Sakurasou in English. Please help us make this happen.
