To stop humans from hurting animals, if they are convicted of it, their drivers license or identification card, will have an Obvious recognizable stamp saying they can no longer own an animal.

Maltreating an animal or malnourishing, starving, or beating, or ending the life of any animal, pet or stray would come under this heading. Please sign this and put an end to this aberration. There is no excuse for cruelty that is afflicted on animals, who put their trust in is to take care of them and not harm them. The World can be cruel enough. Service in taking care of animals could or should be part of the convicted punishment.
