Is being a girl a punishment ?! .. this is the thought that every girl in india is right now facing in their minds. Even every little girl is being humiliated and sexually harassed by men in this country. There are laws that mention sexual harassment cases and punishment for it but there is no longer a check on the public of how it is being protected. Sexual harassment could take place anywhere, at any time, by anyone and in any form. It could happen at public places, school, educational institutes, workplace, even at home. Sexual harassment can be verbal (comments about your body, spreading sexual rumours, sexual remarks or accusations, dirty jokes or stories), physical (grabbing, rubbing, flashing or mooning, touching, pinching in a sexual way, sexual assault) or visual (display of naked pictures or sex-related objects, obscene gestures). This is a serious threat against the dignity of women in this country. Every women has a right equal to corresponding men in this society. But there is no possible way that women can enjoy pleasure in their life with all these fears in their mind. It is really shameful for men who always have an intention to abuse not only women but including girls within 2 years of age . 

Sexual harassment is illegal. If a girl is being harassed then she need not to be afraid but try to fight against it and get the harasser punished. If she is being sexually harassed then she should tell someone who could help her. It is not so easy for a women to disclose what happened to her and fight for justice as a fear that it might ruin her life. But the most pitiful news is that she doesn't know that she could even stop a majority of incidents like these in future by putting a step forward. If you can't speak up for yourself, speak for other women who might face it in future. It might be anyone your daughter, mother, sister or any girl. You can see what happens next after stepping forward for a better justice to be done. Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Bill,2006 is the act that is established in indian constitution. But you may not get justice just by having a law in the constitution. You need to be bold and strong enough to face the challenge and come forward to see that no such thing repeats again. Having a law is not just enough , women in this country should be strong and should be able to build a strong society that a girl can walk alone without any sort of fear in her mind even at night. This can be done only by women in this country. It is our duty to stand by putting all your intentions and thoughts into the public and it should be able to change the mindsets of men not to be able to even think of an act of sexual abuse physically and mentally . #Dare not to think of it !! Be strong enough to face anything in this society. It is you who can change your mind and make others believe that women are no way less than men. 

 Think about each of my sentence twice and thrice but make sure after you complete reading it,you dare not to be silent for any sexual harassment on women happens.
