Bring back -usetexturepool!

Bring back -usetexturepool!
The Issue
Give us Nosgoth back!
The -usetexturepool launch option was one of the most vital parts in custom optimisations that made the game playable for a big number of Nosgoth players. Since it was patched out we've had to deal with an insufferable low framerate on rigs that should be well capable of handling running Nosgoth at a stable 60+ frames. For many users this has rendered the game completely unplayable.
The argument stated by devs that the -usetexturepool forced every player to use it to get a visibility advantage over those who did not use it is faulty.
The game is losing more players from the constantly worsening state of optimisation with every patch. Players upgrading their systems to play this game are now running it in the same poor state they invested money in not to do. The biggest optimisation guide has over 30 000 views in total on Steam and the offical Nosgoth forums. That's a good indication on how many players there are who have looked for help on making the game run well for them.
It's an easy fix, just bring the command back to what it was. It will enable much more new players to join the community and it will bring back those we've lost. If we can't have our optimisation configurations the game will surely keep losing players, who knows how many more?
What does the community have to say?
"My Name is DS Zenith CA Silent, I play for the top European team in nosgoth Currently, I have not used, "-usetexturepool" atall, and have no plans on doing so if it is re-instated, it does not create an advantage for players in any way shape or form, but it does allow people to run the game smoother, which is definatly a good thing."
- SilentVirtue of team Dead Sun Zenith
"The only thing -usetexturepool did was lower the graphics so that more people could play the game."
-Laserbee of team Iron Fist
"The command is harmless, it enabled people to play the game and nothing else. There was no visibility advantage coming out of it."
-d0nzie of team Dead Sun Karolin
