There is no limit set by OHIP on the number of medical issues that may be dealt with during a patient's visit to a physician or the time allotted for each visit. There are no limits to the number of patients a physician can see and physicians will be compensated for every service they provide." 

You can add your own conclusions but this explains to me why I feel Madisyn was rushed through. Madi's law would slow things down so that patients and caregivers are counselled properly. Psychotropic drugs should  be the last resort and not the first. Unfortunately in todays world they are often not only the first option, but the only option offered. Thank you all for your support. We shall look forward to the fall when Madi's law is considered by the House of Commons!
