Regulate outrageous Electric Bills by AEP Kentucky Power

The Issue

We need a regulation on the rate hikes of AEP Kentucky Power. Customers are being forced to pay outrageous utility bills while they add excessive fees without any customer input. Kentucky Power has a system of outdated and patched lines which accumulate more waste and expense than replacing the failing system. Kentucky Power meters need to be subject to the same regulations as fuel pumps at service stations to ensure accuracy and prevent misreadings.

This is an example of a current bill
