This petition is a call for Saskatchewan to separate itself from Canada and to unify western Canadian provinces!

We have found out quite clearly on election night that western Canada has neither the respect nor the gratitude from eastern canadian provinces. Western canada, Saskatchewan in particular, has shown that its political views are 100% different and we have become a deeply divided country as a result. Equalization transfer payments are but one example of how unfair eastern Canada treats the west, especially in these rough economic times.

It's time to STAND UP and show the government that we will not take this anymore! We need to stand up for our beautiful province that is rich with minerals, agriculture, fresh water, and forestry. We must stand up for the sake of our children's future in this province!
