As we all are aware coronavirus is spreading rapidly in Europe. The number of people getting infected is on rise in India as well. Thousands of IT employees work together and use the same company infrastructure daily and hence higher risk of  spreading the infection further.

But this crisis can be averted or at least slowed down if we let people work from home (WFH). Companies like Google, Twitter have already asked employees to WFH. This automatically prevents hundreds of thousands of employees from gathering together and also prevents them from using public transport. This can significantly reduce the risk of infection.

This not only will prevent the future losses that companies might incur due to the employees falling sick but also keep the employee and their loved ones safe.
