Our personal experience with a beloved dog friend who tragically died in a car accident has opened our eyes to the plight of stray dogs in General Trias, Cavite. We believe that these animals deserve better. They deserve a safe space where they can be cared for until they find their forever homes. We propose that local authorities establish an animal shelter dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating these stray dogs.

This initiative will not only provide strays with the care they need but also promote responsible pet ownership among residents by offering adoption services. Furthermore, it will help reduce public health risks associated with unvaccinated and unsupervised animals roaming freely.
