Provide Permanent Housing For Homeless People and their Families

The Issue

Every time I ride in the car with my father or mother, I see homeless people out on the sidewalk. They are homeless for many reasons:  they live in poverty and cannot afford housing, they suffer from mental health issues and/or substance abuse, and they experienced domestic violence, or their family members abused and/or neglected them.  Due to war, natural calamities,  and other crises in foreign countries and parts of America, people become homeless.

Homeless people have little to no  food, water, clothes, and money. They do not have access to medical care, either.  Most of these folks have pets and children they are unable to raise without the money. Several homeless people find it difficult to care for their children with the little money they have.

Looking at the ongoing war in Israel, Iran, and Ukraine, many people are losing their homes, and it is so difficult to find a home. Many of them are refugees, and they need plenty of help with this. I hope they can move here, or to another peaceful place to find shelter, a career of their choice, education for them and their children, and better food to eat. Whenever I hear about a war in the USA or around the world, I know it is time to help these people in need.

Hotels, hotel apartments,  apartments, homeless shelters, and landlords in subdivisions need to immediately take action by letting homeless people and their families have a clean and healthy place to live.

Once they find a better place to live, they will live in peace and have proper food, water,  hygiene facilities, clothes,  and all the necessities to survive.  They could go to college for a better education and find a career of their choice. They will have access to medical care of all kinds once they get the help they need. They can get everything they want and be a lot happier.

It is unsafe and unhealthy for homeless people to stand out in the open on sidewalks something major could happen to them. They could fall gravely ill, or they could encounter harmful people. Also, if it rains, snows, or if it is too hot or too cold, they might fall, faint, and fall sick to the point they may die.
