I am a native of the disastrous-hit country, Nepal. My heart weeps as my people suffer the havoc wrought by recent floods and landslides. Continuous rainfall has tormented different areas, resulting in damage that many of us were unprepared to handle. It's been reported that more than 148 people have lost their lives in the past 3 days (source: Routine of Nepal Banda). 

Houses, farmland, and livelihoods have been washed away. Critical infrastructure like roads and bridges and many highways have been damaged, making the delivery of relief materials exceptionally challenging. Many are left without a roof over their heads, food to eat, or clean water to drink. 

I am appealing to the government and international communities to extend immediate relief support to my fellow citizens. I urge them to provide food, clothing, housing, medical assistance, and help to reconstruct the damaged infrastructures.
