College is a time where students explore and learn, not only in the classroom but also within their communities. Many students see their years at college as an opportunity to expand their sexual horizons, especially during their freshman year. Students who live in dorms should be able to have easy access to sexual health supplies such as condoms and lube. Although Sex Out Loud provides a wide variety of free safer sex supplies, many students are not close enough to the Student Activity Center to grab whatever they need in the heat of the moment.

Students also frequently enter college without adequate or accurate sexual health knowledge, which puts them at a higher risk of engaging in dangerous sexual practices, such as not wearing condoms. Because of this, STIs and pregnancy are frequent among college students. A lot of students have the desire to use condoms and other sexual health supplies, but might not have enough money to buy them, don't know where to get them, or fear judgment when purchasing them.

Condom dispensers should be put in the bathrooms on each dorm floor. This way, the privacy of the people receiving them can be protected, and to ensure that no damage is done to them. Tables with sexual health supplies like lube as well as pamphlets with sexual health information, can also be placed in the entrances of dorms.
